Trays and Pallets:
I). Trays are in use as in agreement to the following detail:
- The Trays with clamshells of 4.4 oz./125 gr., of 150 gr., 6oz, 1 looks or 24oz they contain two levels of 6 clamshells each one, with a total of 12 clamshells every tray.
- The Trays with clamshells of 14 oz. and 18 oz. contain two levels of 4 clamshells each one, with a total of 8 clamshells every tray.
- The Trays with punnets of 150 gr or 225 gr contain two levels of 12 punnets each one, with a total of 24 punnets for tray.
II). Trays with clamshells of 4.4oz./125 g:
Except special instructions, the boxes arrange:- Pallets of 1.03 x 1.15 m: in a base of 3 x 5 = 15 and 16 floors of height, with a total of 240 boxes for air sending.
- Pallets of 1.00 x 1.20 m: in a base of 3 x 5 = 15 and 21 floors of height, with a total of 315 boxes for maritime sending.
III). Trays with clamshells of 150 g:
Except special instructions, for the boxes they arrange:- Pallets of 1.03 x 1,15 m in a base of 3 x 5 = 15 and 14 floors of height, with a total of
IV). Trays with clamshells of 18 oz.:
Except special instructions, for the boxes they arrange:- Pallets of 1,03 x 1,21 m in a base of 3 x 4 = 12 and 10 floors of height, with a total of 120 boxes for air sending.
V). Trays with punnets of 150 gr:
Except special instructions, for the boxes they arrange:- Pallets of 1,03 x 1,21 m in a base of 3 + 2 = 5 and 16 floors of height, with a total of 80 boxes for air sending.
VI). Trays with punnets of 225 gr:
Except special instructions, for the boxes they arrange:- Pallets of 1,03 x 1,21 m in a base of 3 + 2 = 5 and 12 floors of height, with a total of 60 boxes for air sending.
